old friends

went to visit an old friend today she turns 50 in 2 years she lives in a gated community but before you think we are snobs....I should explain she lives in a gated community with barbwire fencing around the top and is not free to leave on her own...





so now your really judging my friend I know.....
well let me introduce you be kind....her name is well bambi.............

she is a 1964 airstream trailer 17 foot in lenght and one of the loves of my life.....she does live in a gated community with barbwire fencing at the rv storage place most trailers there are big and flashy not ms bambi she lays in wait for summer glamping (glamorus camping)

re doing the kitchen with glass tile and concrete counters.........the yellow wall is a before shot just you wait so see what happens there.....

staining the upper cupboards choclate brown.....and planning on what fabrics will grace her cushions i am hanging a chandiler as her center light...(of course)

someday she will be polished and shine like the chicago jelly bean.....(looking for friends to help

we had a happy visit today and soon we will have summer adventures.....this is the crazy stuff i do on a day off....

ok been here done this..............the stuff comes in the stuff gets un packed the stuff gets priced the stuff gets put out the stuff gets bought more stuff comes in the stuff gets unpacked the stuff gets priced ok you get it.....i remember when i had pepperberry people would say oh......it must be just like christmas....well sorta something like that...HUGE order came last Thursday lots gone by Friday Love that you love it and get it....more coming this Thursday....it's a continum....

thought I would let you see it as is the freight gu basically did a drive by not so christmas glam feeling...

get it in and unpacked it's all in a days work for a shop girl......

still thinking about the january market and visually all there was it is beyond crazy 3 buildings 22 floors per building never ending and picking the best of the best takes time unless your roomate gives you a handwritten hit list....(she shall remain nameless but i owe her...)

well some of you know the big seceret that some of my stores merchandise is from the trophy wife

Saturday a group of women asked me if my trophy wife brand paper weights are called that because the trophy wife throws them at husbands....

need to clarify issue one.....TROPHY WIFE is a play on words I collect old loving cup trophies....
